Pedigree Quality Border Collies

 

We breed healthy pedigree border collies who are dearly loved members of our family, here at Bonnieroy Farm, a rural property in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW.

We are registered ethical Breeders with the Master Dog Breeders and Associates, and we go beyond the strict ‘Code of Practice’ requirements. Our aim is to breed healthy, happy, intelligent, well-rounded Border Collies with beautiful temperaments, for a variety of households, be it as the family pet, obedience, herding, or for flyball. We breed for the improvement of the breed and we limit the litters raised by us, to ensure the border collie puppies we breed have our full attention and commitment.

Health and nutrition plays an important part for our border collies, along with daily physical activity on large acreage on which they can run and play.

Temperament is an extremely important aspect of our border collie breeding program, and we have earned our reputation by providing healthy puppies with the best optimal temperaments, to good homes.

We believe in giving our puppies the best start in life, from the moment they are born, through to the time they leave to go to their new family. We introduce early neurological stimulation with sound, touch, environmental desensitization, and lots of socialisation with other farm animals, people and children. We take great joy in training our border collie puppies from a young age, for pups to know their name before they go home*, are toilet trained and adapted to car trips, Veterinarian visits for their microchip/vaccinations and health check.

Our border collies are DNA tested to guarantee against testable genetic diseases. Puppies are health tested, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated, and can be taken home at eight weeks of age. Owners receive weekly photos and updates, and a comprehensive puppy pack that includes a quality sample food bag, collar, lead, toy with Mum’s scent and other useful quality puppy items. 6 weeks complimentary Puppy Insurance is included when your puppy leaves our care. We are happy to organise puppy transport on your behalf Australia-wide.
